The JXY60 employs mechanical pressure dewatering. Slurry is pumped under pressure into the sealed chambers formed between the filter plates lined with cloth. The process efficiently separates the input slurry into three distinct outputs:
1. Clear Filtrate Water: Sufficiently clean for direct reuse within the batching plant (e.g., truck washout, mixer cleaning, or even as partial mix water).
2. Recovered Sand & Aggregate: Separated solids ready for recycling into concrete production.
3 .Dewatered Filter Cakes: Low-moisture sludge cakes, also suitable for recycling as raw material in concrete.
