Description

Making environmental compliance a competitive advantage

The JXF350 Hydrocyclone Sand Separator serves as a highly efficient, eco-friendly core component in modern concrete wastewater zero-discharge systems. Enhanced with intelligent, automated operational features, the JXF350 ensures sustainable, low-energy, and continuous operation, making it an indispensable solution for environmentally responsible concrete recycling plants.

>> System Integration Workflow

Eliminates Design Flaws of vibration motor separators (limited to 1.5-2.2KW motors)

Generates high-amplitude 3D motion (up/down/left/right) mimicking traditional panning action

Instantly disperses full truckloads of concrete without material buildup

Processes over 60-80 T/H – equivalent to 50+ mixer trucks daily

1. Feed Source:

Receives slurry water (containing 10-15% fine sand) from the conical sump after primary sand/gravel separation.

2. Trigger Mechanism:

Automatically activates when the conical sump reaches ≥80% capacity (via integrated level sensors).

3. Separation Process:

  • Submersible slurry pump delivers slurry to the patented involute feed inlet

  • Cyclonic forces accelerate particles to 12-15 m/s rotational velocity

  • G×800 centrifugal acceleration separates fine sand from sludge

4. Output Streams:

Sand Underflow: Dewatered fine sand discharged onto screw conveyor

Water Overflow: Clarified water sent to mixing tank

>> System-Critical Functions

Resource Maximization

Recovers 4-6t/hour fine sand – equivalent to 15% of daily aggregate demand for a 180m³/h plant.

Downstream Protection

Prevents abrasive sand from entering mixing tanks, reducing pump wear by 70% (MTBF increase: 2,200 → 7,500 hours).

Concentration Optimization

Delivers clarified water with <5% solids content to proportioning tanks, enabling precise batching.

Zero Solid Waste Enforcement

Captures residual solids representing final 3% of total solid waste, closing the recovery loop.

>> Operational Intelligence

  • Auto-Clean Nozzles: Prevent clogging from fibrous materials (clean cycle: 45s every 2h)

  • Vibration Monitoring: Real-time bearing health tracking (alerts at >4.5mm/s RMS)

  • Energy Optimization: Variable-frequency drive reduces power to 7.5kW during partial loads
