>> Working Principle
Water Pressurization
The high-pressure plunger pump extracts stored water from the 70L reservoir and pressurizes it to 7–20 MPa (adjustable based on application requirements).
Mist Generation
The pressurized water is delivered to the rotating fog spray head, which operates at high speeds (1,500–3,000 RPM). Centrifugal force atomizes the water into fine droplets (10–50 μm in diameter).
Dust Suppression
The micron-level mist forms a dense fog curtain, effectively coalescing with airborne dust particles (PM10/PM2.5). This process increases particle weight, prompting gravitational settling and reducing dust concentration by up to 85% within a 15–20m radius.
Eco-Friendly Performance
The system consumes minimal water (2–4L/min) while achieving rapid dust agglomeration, making it ideal for construction sites, mining areas, and urban environments.
>> Technical Advantages
Adaptive Design: Adjustable pressure and spray angle (0–360°) accommodate diverse site conditions.
Low Maintenance: Corrosion-resistant materials and modular components ensure durability.
Energy Efficiency: Operates at 11 kW, aligning with sustainable industrial practices.
